Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using UK Aircrew Tax (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the app
The app is intended to help UK-based pilots and cabin crew track midnights in the UK for the Statutory Residence Test and tax record-keeping. You must use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you use it in your tax or residency matters.
Account and data
You may need to create an account to use the app. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. You can delete your account and data from within the app. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Not tax or legal advice
UK Aircrew Tax is a record-keeping and organisational tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or residency advice. You are responsible for your own tax position and for seeking professional advice where needed. We do not guarantee that use of the app will satisfy HMRC or any other authority.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the service with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app (including any reliance on it for tax or residency decisions). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or to the extent permitted by law.
